Starting Point
Where the collaboration began.
Oumar Langer runs AI-Z Group, an AI security company from Stuttgart: a protective layer that prevents employees from unintentionally exposing business-critical data while working with AI. Alongside it, his AI training programs teach teams how to work with AI safely. The business grows fast - and that was exactly the challenge.
Rapid growth asks different questions than getting started. Tasks, projects, and knowledge lived scattered across heads, chats, and tools - what works in a small circle becomes a brake when you scale. And a team expected to reach ambitious growth targets needs more than pace: clear structures, shared values, and the ability to sustain peak performance without burning out.
Then there was the founder's own role: whoever builds a company makes consequential decisions daily - and rarely has someone outside the company who pushes back honestly and knows the road of building a business first-hand.

Established VenturaOS as the business operating system
Together with Oumar, we introduced VenturaOS across the company - the business operating system built in our own house. Since then, tasks, projects, and knowledge are standardized and bundled in one place: everyone on the team knows what to do, and nothing lives only in the founder's head anymore. That standardization is exactly what makes a business build scalable.
Business mentoring in the pre-founding phase
In the pre-founding phase, Alexander stood at Oumar's side as a business mentor: sparring on priorities, structures, and the first decisions a company is built on. Not as an outside consultant, but as a companion in the first steps.
Growth & Performance workshop in Stuttgart
On site in Stuttgart, Alexander gave the entire team a multi-hour Growth & Performance workshop: How does each individual in a scale-up deliver at their best? How does a team stay capable when the growth targets are ambitious? Concrete tools for the working day - not motivational slides.
