From first touch to paid cart: store, backend, payment provider, product media, and landing pages interlock as one continuous system - none of which existed in this form before.
The corporate tasting experiences now have their own landing pages, a direct booking flow, and a scaling strategy across several channels - a passion became a second line of business.
Mayahuel is now present on several platforms - and every channel has a clear job: new customers for the shop or bookings for the experiences. None of it depends on walk-ins and chance anymore.
Enriqueta Martinez runs Mayahuel, a Berlin import and export house for Mexican spirits. Her strength: direct relationships with producers in Mexico, a range you will hardly find elsewhere in Germany - and a knowledge of tequila, mezcal, and their origins that turns every tasting into a small journey. Almost none of that came through digitally. The existing online shop barely sold, the digital presence was weak - and the tastings, the most emotional product of the house, simply did not exist as an offer for companies. If you didn't know Mayahuel personally, you didn't find it. And if you found it, the shop made buying unnecessarily hard.
So the task was considerably bigger than a new website: a complete growth system for two lines of business - online retail for consumers and a new B2B business with tasting experiences for companies and teams. Digitalization, client acquisition, and scaling in one project.

We treated Mayahuel as two businesses sharing one foundation - and rebuilt that foundation from scratch: strategy, technology, media, and channels as one coherent system.
Before anything was built, the strategy stood: Who buys in the shop, who books corporate tastings, which messages reach both - and through which channels? That client acquisition strategy is the backbone every subsequent measure was aligned to.
The store was redeveloped from scratch - frontend and backend. A modern payment provider was integrated so that checkout feels as smooth as customers expect from the big shops. The team now manages products, orders, and content themselves - no technical knowledge required.
Professional photos and videos were produced for every product and integrated throughout - in the store, on the landing pages, and across the channels. Hand-picked spirits deserve a stage. Now they have one.
Dedicated landing pages now sell the experience before it happens: tequila and mezcal tastings plus Mexican dinner formats for teams and corporate events. A direct booking flow turns interest into a date - without email ping-pong.
The social media presences were set up as a system: per platform one clear role, one clear audience, and one clear contribution to client acquisition - instead of posting the same thing everywhere and standing out nowhere. The content from the product staging feeds this setup continuously.
For the tastings, a scaling strategy across several channels was developed: how individual bookings become a predictable line of business that grows independently of the storefront - and reaches corporate clients systematically instead of waiting for chance inquiries.
