About us
Skalensprung wins new clients predictably for B2B companies and brings product brands to market. We analyze the path to the customer, sharpen positioning and market presence, and build marketing and sales as one system.
We are AI-first. Digital employees, meaning AI with our company context, prepare research, drafts and reports every day. You work remotely and directly with founder Alexander Freytag, with no layers in between.
Your responsibilities
- Help steer client projects: keep track of dates, deliverables, approvals and milestones
- Prepare analyses: market, competition and a client's starting point, together with our digital employees
- Capture processes: turn real projects into templates, checklists and standards
- Prepare decisions: sort options, gather numbers and write a clear recommendation
- Own projects of your own, from first draft to delivery
What you bring
Requirement: AI as leverage
You work with AI every day, for example for research, analyses and drafts, and use it as leverage to move more. You check results before they go further.
- You think in structures and finish things, even when the path is not mapped out yet
- You work independently, take ownership and do not wait for instructions
- Experience in consulting, a start-up, an agency or marketing
- You write clearly and back up what you say
- Very good German, written and spoken
