• Several years of experience in online marketing, ideally in B2B
• You think in systems: from first contact to the sales conversation
• You drive projects forward on your own and take ownership of the result
• You read numbers and turn them into decisions
• You speak clearly and as an equal with managing directors and owners
• Very good German, written and spoken
